These guys could use more help! While the two gentlemen who were working, were 'working,' they just did not have enough staff on hand. We were just picking up and it took an hour to do that. My complaint is not with the gentlemen who were there but with U-haul itself for not providing this facility with proper staffing. When you are moving time is valuable and it was a waste of a lot of time just to get the trailer to get started!
