Decent food, though pricey, and a very nice wait staff. However, the owner has a grudge against the city's voters for passing a minimum wage hike and to cover his costs he tacks 10% onto your bill. That surcharge is not reflected in the already-high menu pricing and comes as a surprise at the end. (A printed notice at the door is completely inadequate. If he wanted you to be aware he would put the notice on the table or print new menus.)
