After having really bad and frustrating experience with some big Brands, I decided to go for local company. Save Energey came showed mostly five star reviews online.
The entire process from the Appointment to installation went very smoothly. John, Tina, Jeff, Ahoa, every personnel gave amazing customer service and professional. Tina and John came completely prepared with COVID19 safety in mind. They took every little detail and need into consideration. Great work ethics and professionalism. Jeff and Ahoa did an excellent job with Installation. Save Energy has proven to be reliable, punctual, responsive! We are extremely pleased! Highly Recommend them.
Here are some tips I wish I had known before:
1) All windows are custom made to fit specific needs so make sure you let John know all the changes when he comes for final measurements.
2) Discuss your needs in detail: Which way you want to window to open, tint/insulation, Standard window screen vs something else.
