Service has definitely gone done since Auto Nation has taken over. Customer service for the service dept. I had called and reached a woman working on 7/3/20 around 2:20pm in the service dept. she was extremely bland and rude. It seemed that she didn t even want to answer the call or wanted to be there or help anybody that was calling for that fact. She went on with an attitude and made me feel like I wasn t wanted to even come in and had a monotone attitude.

Mercedes-Benz of Seattle is definitely a better ambience and has better workers that value you as a customer there. They answer the calls with pride and I can feel the smile on their faces.
