Used to have lunch here with my. Mother on 7th floor when it was a restaurant many years ago because she liked looking into Buckingham Palace's gardens! Now it's Intercon Club Lounge access by members only, had a breakfast meeting here. Breakfast was Intercon standard and it was nice to look over to BP but now the trees are much more dense so you can't really see anything. The member of staff serving my table was exceptional and so very helpful that I was compelled to give him a very large tip as its Xmas. Full 5 stars for top service.
