Horrible service, hope management hear this. My family and I ordered through the new online ordering system and it defaulted our order and screwed it all up. When my husband came home it was the wrong pizza. Called politely to see if they can just change our order due to the incorrect order. Staff was extremely rude and basically said screw the customer. They said to bring the pizza and they will refund, I said why refund, just make me a new pizza and keep the money but I guess that was too hard to understand so the manager chose to argue with me instead and say they didn t make the mistake so they don t have to fix anything. Horrible customer service. Instead of fixing the pizza, you had to throw away a pizza and still refunded me the pizza amount. Which made no sense to me.
