Aaron from Gerrald's Heating and Air did a fantastic job adding a damper and additional thermostat to cool & heat my upstairs, attic conversion independently from the main house and thermostat below.. Fortunately, the extra ducting I already had installed upstairs was sufficient, and my 2 year-old house did not require a larger HVAC unit to be installed. I chose Gerald's because 1) they designed and installed the HVAC system for this house. 2) Aaron had serviced our system previously, and pointed-out some great energy saving, and maintenance tips to keep our HVAC system operating most efficiently.
