We love the Minnesota Zoo! Winter transforms the zoo grounds into a winter wonderland. Every time we visit the animals seem happy and the enclosures are a great size. They focus on conservation efforts and educating the public. If walking in the snow is not your fancy, you can enjoy Discovery Bay or the Tropics trail. Any of the zoo volunteers will happily answer your questions or give you interesting facts about the animals!
