Issue with handover over RAM 1500 recently purchas...

Issue with handover over RAM 1500 recently purchased from one of their dealers. Have tried to contact RAM directly with three different forms, hotline, web chat and Facebook Messenger. Have not heard from anyone to discuss. Very disappointing support.
