I had already lost hope at debt advice centers .......... incompetence wherever you look. Then a recommendation from the works council ...... I'm just thrilled. Really competent and extremely friendly employees work here. For them, the customer comes first. In some cases I was moved to tears as I was helped in some dangerous situations and always gave hope. A lawyer was negotiated until the bank admitted and the foreclosure was withdrawn. I now have two options, either I pay a fixed monthly installment to the bank on a permanent basis or I can sell the house freely and pay out the bank. With both options it helped me a lot.
