Sunny side up eggs or just plain disgusting !!!!

We stay two nights at the hotel , as an invitation by the Director of the hotel to put right our first trip that was a disaster .
The room offered was excellent clean and everything working as it should . I had been to this hotel on several occassions previously for bussness trips , and the breakfast was better .
Its important for a hotel to offer a well presented breakfast to its clients , as the food I consider just as important as the factilties offered .
The Team in the breakfast room looked tired with lack of motivation , no smiles from any body .
We were offered eggs , so I asked for sunny side up , with runny yolks . and some 15 minutes later we were served these , x 2 plates .
I was unable to eat them , they were cold soggy , over cooked .

I would advise not to go for breakfast on offer , the rest of the buffet was very poor standard , there was a Chinese noodle , which was dry , rice looked lumpy and over cooked .
The sliced fruit on offer , was poor ,
Very unfortunate even as a complementary breakfast , I was unable to eat it ..... Avoid like the winter Flu
