We made reservations two weeks in a row, and in both cases asked not to be called on our home phone because we only use our cell phones. They called (our home phone) both times the evening before to verify the reservation we had made - which we felt was unnecessary in the first place regardless of Cranney's past experiences with people not being home for a reserved appointment (We were home and waiting both weeks). Since we didn't answer the phone they canceled the appointment both times at 7:30am (by calling our home phone, yet again). We called and pleaded to have someone come help us because we have an emergency plumbing situation. They were unwilling to help. We decided to go with another company, and we feel strongly that you should as well.
