I purchased the romantic getaway package for 02/13...

I purchased the romantic getaway package for 02/13/2015 after seeing it advertised on Eight West. I asked for a room with a river view, I was given room 423 which included a lovely view of a cracked brick wall and a view of the roof. The dinner and drinks at the Landing were great. The service was outstanding. We went back to our room at 10:00pm and were woken up at midnight by a busload of cheerleaders, who continued to party in the hallway until after 2:00am. We tried to use the fan to drone out the sounds but unfortunately that worked intermittently. We were supposed to get a bottle of champagne and dessert and that was never spoke of upon check-in. When I went to checkout the front desk person wrote my complaints down on a sticky note and said she would "give it to her manager". What I got was not a phone call of apology or how can we make this right. I instead got $50.00 added to my bill.
