I am the listing Realtor and the buyer was using this company. This company is completely unethical if not unlawful. After talking with legitimate lenders - they all said this lender was legally required to close the loan for their buyer. But they refused - they kept throwing unnecessary conditions to the buyer. The result is the buyer is homeless - the seller who was told we had the OK to close and quit their job to move to another state is now in financial hardship. This wasn't a million dollar deal - this was a regular deal with real regular folks who depend on companies following the law. If you are a buyer - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - if you are a Realtor - DO NOT ACCEPT AN OFFER FROM A BUYER USING THIS COMPANY! They have ruined the lives of 2 parties with no consideration. I am really not sure how they can sleep at night operating this way and I will be completely surprised if the buyer doesn't take legal action.
