Excellent customer service in terms of understanding the needs, systems, responding to photographs we sent, providing an estimate and scheduling (+ showing up as promised)....in contrast to another company that I am still waiting on to call me while RAdata has finished the work. Clean work, courteous people. I think the only room for improvement is to provide a "full solution" to the customer. We were still left with needing an electrician to come later on and calling a roofer to fix the hole for the radon pipe...all these minor points add up, both in terms of time to full resolution of the radon issue and cost for the customer. Would appreciate it more if all could be done in one go.
