The people that installed my furnace/air condition...

The people that installed my furnace/air conditioner were very nice, however, my wife has been trying for a week to talk to the accounting department and No One has gotten back to us!!! It s either they will call you in 24 hours or later in the day, but it s been a week and nothing!! What kind of professionalism is that? Is that how you treat your customers that just spent over $12,000!! The next step is letting the Better Business Bureau know about this! Gold medal is deserving of a bronze medal!
