Background: My drainage backed up into my tub and toilet. I do have tree roots in the drainage line.

The immediate drainage issue was taken care of, but I felt the experience was a bit more frustrating than I would've liked to expect. To be fair, my 1950s era house with all the 1950s plumbing quirks was most certainly the main instigator (not only with the backed up drainage line, but also with the frustrating experience with the service I received).

After four weeks, I started having issues again. With the two days and several hours worked on my drainage line, I would also liked to have expected more answers into what exactly my issues are.
