Overall my experience was a good one. I came in to get my kitten fixed & first shots. I wasn't sure if the kitten was a boy or a girl & they found out immediately which was very helpful. They were able to neuter & give the first set of shots that day & it was very convenient.

Pros: The price is absolutely amazing. They is no appointment requirement. The staff was extremely nice & helpful! I really appreciated their insight & help. The waiting room & backroom were very very clean. They were super nice to my kitty & treated him like their own. Overall the actual service (surgery & shots) was awesome & the staff was great. Generally things went quickly despite the large influx of pets! I also didn't mind the first-come first-serve situation because I felt it worked, was well organized & fair.

Cons: I think perhaps an appointment system might benefit some clients as it allows for more time flexibility rather than coming in at 6-6:30am & waiting until there is availability. The only other criticism is not of the service provided by the Doctor/Veterinarian of this clinic, but her customer service skills. This is about the Doctor/Veterinarian specifically, the staff, nurses, they were all awesome. It's really early & there is a huge rush & tons of customers but the way my questions were answered & the overall demeanor of the Doctor/Veterinarian made me feel as though she thought I was an idiot, thought less of me, or acted as if I was a bad pet parent. I think this is mostly due to the high volume of pets treated so early in the morning, but I think if the Doctor/Veterinarian took a moment with each client & isn't as short with people, there would be an increase in positive reviews.

Overall I would recommend this location for your pets! My little boy, Peaches came out really groggy but perked up a few hours after surgery! He is now almost all the way healed up & as happy as can be!

I came back with my other kitty, Bean. He needed his updated shots & a microchip.

It was a long wait but I experienced great customer service from the front desk staff, as well as the Vet & Staff in the back.

I got some great tips for new food & diet ideas for my kitty, and everything was super fast!
