The customer service is not so great. When we arrived we were asked to watch a video that explained the procedure, safety tips, etc. The staff was laughing and talking so loud you could hardly hear what they were saying in the video. I tried turning the volume up and messed the tv up. The staff member came over to fix it and said 'it wasn't important what they were saying but look at this guys beard!!' When I'm watching a safety video before throwing myself out of a plane, its PRETTY important to follow along with what they are saying, maybe its just me that feels that way though... The experience of skydiving on the other hand is beyond describable. Jose was my tandem instructor and he made my experience the best it could have been! We were told after jumping and receiving our certificate that we would get our edited video in the mail in a week or two. It has now been almost 4 weeks and I still do not have a video. I wouldn't be as upset if I was given a realistic expectation of when I'd receive my video but they were overly confident it would 'only take up to two weeks, tops' so that's what I was expecting. I will go skydiving again, but I probably will go with a different company. The facility isn't fancy, but you don't really need a fancy facility to jump out of a plane. The plane itself was kind of old, and the door was broken (missing a chunk out of the side). By the time we were on the plane it was the least of my concerns although in hind-site it would be more important to inspect these things BEFORE hopping on board. All in all, a GREAT experience, just wish their customer service was a little better.
