My children attend TLE at West Windsor and we are extremely happy with this facility. Our kids have attended other day cares in the past and we can see a huge difference between this TLE and other day cares. 1. The teachers and especially the director Ms. Geetha really listen to the concern the parents have and take ACTION to address those concerns ASAP, at other schools the staff just do lip service to keep the parents happy and do nothing. 2. We see they provide not just a super SAFE environment for the kids but also a great LEARNING atmosphere, at other day cares they are just keeping the kids busy but the kids are not learning much. 3. At other day cares I saw huge turnover of the teachers, every other month a new teacher shows up, not at this TLE, our kids have had the same teacher for the entire year, this is great for the kids as at this age it is not easy for the kids to adjust to a new teacher every so often.
