I moved to SouthSide from a different company in Letting agency in Edinburgh and right away noticed a big difference, not only with a lower monthly management cost but there were no charges eg in advertising the property. The biggest benefit was the maintenance costs, not only did we get copies of the invoices but the cost negotiated were much lower for the same thing eg landlord gas safety certificates.

Would highly recommend to any landlord
