I placed my original order on July 14...waited 9 d...

I placed my original order on July 14...waited 9 days no delivery. Email on July 23 to ask about it...and hour later, I get an email saying it was NOW shipped out. Called up customer support...and they straight up lied and said its just coincidence that it shipped out within an hour after I inquired. It seems they just have a bad system and only shipped out after the customer has to remind them....c'mon guys an hour after inquiring 9 days into my order...you all of a sudden send it out? Then lied about it over the phone? and rude customer service on top of it...I tried to give different companies other than Amazon a chance...but you guys don't deserve it.
