I do not understand how MCIS is in business given ...

I do not understand how MCIS is in business given how it treats its own clients. The person answering the phone to inquire on a booked interpretation service was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with, and this was not an isolated incident. I will recommend going to another provider if you don't want to ruin your day every time you have deal with this company.
