I wish I could give 0 star. Started refinance proc...

I wish I could give 0 star. Started refinance process weeks ago, spoke with some guy over phone, uploaded all necessary documents including my driver license, w2 form etc. Then I haven't heard anything from them until today, I received an email they decided to close the case without any explanation? Not reliable at all.

Now the guy called me back, mad a threat he would call bank about straw purchase.
