Last night I attempted to remotely start the Quiet Cool fan but it would work. Spoke with Koty at QC this morning and he came over to reset the Hub in the attic within the hour. I was extremely impressed by his dedication to customer satisfaction knowing the weather was heating up. Koty did not want me to go a day without my QC fan working. He went beyond my expectations and I am so grateful for that.
