Busy or empty it took me hours to talk get anything done even when I call ahead and tell them I'm coming. When I first got there I wanted to see their different camry's and they would show me one then bring out the paperwork and I kept needing to ask if they had another type of camry. I found out they were showing me their most expensive camry and didn't tell me about the promotions until I asked. I was there for 8 hours my first day. The second time I was there a white male with glasses and white hair treated me with little respect when I was asking a simple question about my contract.
