The negative reviews of the company are all spot on. The property managers do not return phone calls, rarely return emails, and don't do their job in anything close to a professional and efficient manner.

If there is an issue in the building, it can take months to address, and if it is addressed at all the proposal to fix something simple will suddenly become a major repair for which the association will unnecessarily incur a large expense. So pay attention or you will be ripped off.
