Very disappointing to drive an hour with my cousin...

Very disappointing to drive an hour with my cousin and see how excited he was to get his new lease and to be told that the car he is returning looks good and not worry about anything, he was told this by Brian Garrett. 2 Months later to get hit with a $677 bill for the car he returned and was told not to worry about. I to have a car and was thinking to upgrade, not after seeing this kind of bait and switch, all he had to do was be more upfront and say its a good chance GM will hit you because of the some scratches and tiers wear and tear, but to take a look and say "it looks good me" just bad business in my opinion!
