I have had great experiences when purchasing products at the Shreveport Best Buy. I did have to make an exchange on a microwave that had a problem and they took great care of me. This type of service is hard to find on-line. There is still something to be said for a local brick and mortar store. I will frequent this store more often because it is hard to beat the overall experience.
