I found Jack's online and set up an account to order online. Thought everything was fine until I got an email saying some parts were back-ordered. I would have ordered elsewhere had I been informed during the order process. A poor way to do business. Two weeks later I get my order. Opened the box to find someone else's order, not mine. Customer rep apologized and re-ordered my parts. Stuff happens. I got a confirming email and then when I checked the order status, guess what? Half of the parts are back ordered again! I wonder if the parts were ordered over the phone, would I have been told they were out of stock? Last time for Jack's s*&t!
