Received a horrible customer service experience. The agent was rude for no reason and was snarky it all of her responses when their was no sassiness or rude behavior from myself. Very unprofessional. I hope you all at least attempt to provide coaching sessions with your agents to prevent this kind of behavior in the future. I should not feel attacked for asking if you all can assist me in my needs. If you cannot, that s understandable. But there s no need to act belittling or act as if my inquiries are not valid.
