This gym is going downhill. I have worked out here for over 15 years and the lack of customer service is showing. The customer service rep "Jackie" is rude, ruthless, and degrading. If you want to pay almost $40 for a membership including a $3 maintenance fee this is the gym for you. If you respect your self and don't want to be talked down to by a young woman (or child) then spend your money elsewhere. Also if you do not have your bill paid by the 1st of the month and their auto draft system does not function correctly you will be deleted from the gym and have to pay a new registration fee. The decision is up to you. You can throw a rock and hit the parking lot of Planet Fitness which is about 100 yards away. And I believe their membership is $10-20 a month.

EDIT: Also the Basketball gym is no longer a part of your monthly membership. There will be additional costs incurred when they complete the renovations.
