Not only is the hotel completely unequipped to deal with the strike action outside (which meant there was loud noise in every room from 7am - 10pm) and a lack of facilities running including only limited room cleaning) , but the wider Marriot customer services support team have been totally uncontactable afterwards to deal with things like crediting the loyalty points balance to my account. Repeated messages through their website have been unanswered and I spent 32 minutes on hold this morning before I gave up. I will never stay at a Marriot / SPG hotel again. Please avoid!
