I worked with John Esbach who was entirely unprofessional as a buyer s agent. He did not listen to me throughout the entire transaction, and seemed only to be interested in making the sellers happy. He did not know the protocol for a contract, including the addendum process and the value of negotiation for me, his client. The owner did not respond to my phone calls until the day of closing, after they secured their commission. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional!
