Fantastic breakfast, good WiFi all over, beautiful...

Fantastic breakfast, good WiFi all over, beautiful and spacious rooms (bay views are great, garden views not at all), clean and with a good service. The spa is great though a bit pricey. It is thorough and the pool on the last floor is amazing.
It's overall a really nice place for a short stay, though with a few weak spots:
Check in is too late (3pm!!) and check out is too early (noon).
The size of the pool isn't suitable for the amount of rooms there are. On Saturdays it's hell. Because of that, people leave personal belongings during lunch to "reserve" spots, which is against the rules, but they do it anyway and caretakers do nothing about it.
