Needs much improvement. Delays are second to none. Pedestrian crossing on island side very dirty. The security is an assumption and the security staff don't understand their role apart from harrasing pedestrians once in a while. For the motorists, long queues are more of a norm than an occasion. I would best advice that you give yourself two hour early advantage for both pedestrians and motorists.
