I have always found myself very well in this clinic for examinations and operations. I did not give 5 stars because of telephone reservations. Every time I have to book I try and invariably when it is my turn to remove the line due to overloading of calls (the last time 40 minutes of waiting in vain) ... I tried to make the online booking to be called back, I marked as time the range of 10 because then I had to do, and as always call at other times ... I wonder if they do not follow the directions remove the time preference ... another sore point of why I did not give 5 stars is that I had a bad episode with a very rude doctor ... a few years ago on the day of the visit (9.30 am) I woke up with 39 of fever so by education I called the switchboard at 7 am to warn that I would not be able to go ... more that I warned in advance at 11 am I receive the call from this "very educated" doctor (luckily she was in the hands of me so I had witnesses because she hadn't even introduced herself) that as soon as I answered she told me "where the hell is she, she must have visited it's morning "... I then made a complaint but I don't know if it was taken into consideration.
The positive points instead, 100 stars of evaluation would not be enough, I would like to make a mega thanks to the teacher PEDROTTI orthopedics ... to find doctors as she is rare, the advise to all. And I send a big greeting to all the staff of the 4 floor of orthopedics that for some years they have supported me during my admissions.
