I bought a Ford F 350 from Vernon Ford back in March of 2017 at that time I told them when the 2018 Expeditions came out we would be back to replace my wifes 2011 Expedition. I have been checking the website for 2018 Expeditions since December of 2017. About the second week of January I found one that was exactly what she was looking for and it had been ordered and was in transit. I called to check on when it would be in and was put in touch with Morgan Chavez. He worked the complete deal and was very professional all the way through the deal. The truck finally came in last Friday Jan. 26th and when Morgan called I told him we would drive up on Sunday after church so we could be there first thing Monday morning. The rest is history. We walked in the dealership about 10;00AM and all the paperwork was ready and we were out and on our way by 11:00 AM. Morgan was very professional all the way through the deal. Also Rodney was excellent in finance. We have made two good deals with Vernon Auto Group and if the need arises again we certainly would go back. Vernon is 200 miles from Glen Rose where we live but we certainly will go back if we decide to buy another vehicle. These people do not play games running back and forth to the sales manager trying to make a deal. You are treated with respect on the phone and when you get there to pick up your vehicle you can expect it to be ready and all paper work in order.
