We were referred to Bernstein Realty by friends in Bellaire, where we were renting at the time. We worked with Billy Bishop and could not be more impressed with the level of service we received. He really made us feel like we were his only clients with the attention and legwork he put in. He stuck with us while house searching in multiple parts of the city, helped us really nail down what we were really looking for in a house, provided a wealth of knowledge about the local market, and did it all with a great energy and attitude. When we ultimately had to cancel our contract after getting displaced by Harvey, he went above and beyond to make sure we got settled into a new temporary rental.

When we are back in the market to buy, we won't hesitate to reach out to Billy and Bernstein Realty again.
