I can not express how horrible these people are. I started my contract one month ago and it was supposed to be for 3 months. I first started noticing that every time that I would call my office number it would never get answered. I then started getting calls from my clients stating that my office number was not being answered. Within a month not only was I being billed incorrectly, but I had already been billed 3 times. They lost my mail (delivered by fedex and with a signature confirmation) they lost my company checks and as of now I have no idea of who has my bank account information. Tired of hearing my clients complain, I call Alicia Ash "area manager" and tell her of the situation and she tries calling my office number and of course, no response. She then tells me that this is unacceptable and that she would take care of the situation and I would her back from her by the afternoon and as of today (3 weeks after ) no feedback. Tired of hearing my clients complain about the horrible phone service, I decide to send Alicia Ash an email requesting to cancel my service that was up in December and giving her the reasons why. I get a careless email from Rohina Kapur stating to cal the help desk and "see" if they will allow me to cancel, without even giving any importance to the inconveniences that they have made me go through. I then call the help desk and the gentle man who attended my phone call tells me he's going to look into the situation and right when I get off the phone with him I get an email stating that my services will be cancelled as of March 31, 2019 !! I didn't even sign an agreement that far !!! Now I am left with unhappy clients, lost clients, lost checks and a whole bunch of lost money on advertising products with their address and phone number. I advise everyone, DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND MAKE YOU LOOSE BUSINESS !!!!
