A most APPALLING 'service'!
When someone actually answers the telephone they are quite helpful and polite, however, the emphasis must be 'when' they answer. I have telephoned this court literally dozens of times before a human voice answers. The court itself is slow with replying to correspondence and e-mail traffic, too. Over four months into a claim, I am still nowhere near a court hearing date. Either hire staff available to answer the telephone, or close the court down.
