I like to share my experience with Al Futtaim travel, I had applied for UK Visa in 1 week of August through Al Futtaim and I had provided them with all the documents they had asked, My visa for UK got rejected as the representative of Al Futtaim had entered my expenditure in UK wrongly, The representative had entered my expenditure in UK for 5 days visit as 20000 aed, The rejection letter States the rejection clearly that 20000 AED for 5 days tour is inappropriate,When I told the representative that my visa is rejected for the above mentioned reason he told me don't worry sir we take your case to administrative review and if it fails there we will reapply your visa for free, After few days when I contacted them they told me that my case in administrative review. As days turned into months I started following up with Al Futtaim regarding my Visa and I used get one simple answer that is it is pending with British consulate and now they don't even pick my calls from my mobile number so I called them from another mobile number they picked thinking it is a new customer and when I told them its me calling them from another number to know the status of my UK Visa they told they will call back and update it is almost 3 months still they have not called and updated me on the status.
