Worked for this company, almost every site I went no body will liked that Windcom was there. Some Project Managers won't update the Site Manager, communication is awful. When you are on site sometimes they don't even had the materials needed for the repair. Do not work here, company is very unprofessional, there are other companies that pay more and are more professional in every way than this one.
