My client was worried if I had ordered her floor for a project starting in 1 week. I was concerned about getting the right amount. I asked our tile & flooring department head about my carton quantity, and ran the square footages. I placed the order for over 500 square feet via FAX.

1 day later, Brenda has already sent my confirmation and the product is on it's way. She gave me an order #, and reminded me what our store acct# is for future orders. She is very pleasant on the phone. It turns out I have nothing to worry about!
