Popped in while on holiday for some advice on a property in Manchester. I was expecting a quick, 'this is who you should contact' cursory response but instead, Richard invited us up to a meeting room to discuss our issues and offer advice on how to move forward. He absolutely went above and beyond for no other reason than to be nice. Friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful. Can't recommend him and the company enough.
