Not the easiest museum in London to access, but the artwork housed here is excellent. I recently went to the Pre-Raphaelite exhibit, which was packed. The artwork certainly merited it!

I would say that the people who work there are not terribly friendly, but that may have been the consequence of a really packed house on the day I visited.
