These ppl are a joke... VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER ORGANIZED. They will send you papers of waiving fees then say they have no knowledge of it like you just pulled it out of hat when it was mailed and typed by them but they never know anything.. SAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH .. Always have to call to make sure my insurance is mailed out and payed because they always behind what s the use of a escrow if I have to do the work smh
