It s not bad but we expected way more from this hotel (based on reviews and pictures)
The worse were small issues which you wouldnt expect in 5* hotel : not enough sunbeds at the Beach (almost every day we had to wait like 15 mins for it), not enough cocounts (we waited like an hour to have anybody who will come over and tell us about it), also beakfast is nothing special - crowded, always cues, food is boring after 2-3 days.
Rooms are nice but you can notice some big dirty spots on Carpet. Average experience. Needs to be improved.
