I got a very good quote over the internet from Ferdinand for a new 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid (the price was considerably better than the prices I had gotten from a car buying service and other internet quotes). I called him to confirm the price and that they had the car with the accessories that we wanted and they did.
I went in the next morning with my wife and met with Angel as Ferdinand was on vacation. The car was as advertised and negotations went very smoothly. Angel stood by the quoted price that Ferdinand had given me (I had researched Consumer Reports car buying service and the price quoted was considered good by Consumer's Reports) . Angel told me about the extras available if we wanted them but he was not pushy about it.
We were in and out in about 2 hours (including car prep time) which I consider good for buying a car. I considered our car buying experience was excellent and will consider Magnussen's favorably for any future cars that we might purchase (we had previously purchased a Prius from Magnussen's).
