I went with three others on a Friday, and it was great. I therefore do not understand the negative reviews.
The service was very nice (my sister's slippers were accidentally taken by someone else, and she just got a new pair).
The crowds were not that bad, we didn't have to wait for anything, and otherwise move a little to make room. It started to snow at one point, and that made the experience in the hot tub very special.
The sandwiches are very tasty, and certainly not pricey. My sister's sandwich turned out not to be good (what a bad luck) and the service helped her kindly and quickly.
The saunas themselves are delicious, especially the lavender and the cherry sauna.
The two of us had to share a locker, but that went well. Even with 3 full bags it fitted easily.
I would like to come again!
